An eCommerce brand headquartered in Los Angeles, Tinybot Vinyl is a premium vinyl wrap company, selling their superb wraps to car enthusiasts and wrap shops across the USA. Started by a team of car enthusiasts and with an unrelenting customer-first approach, Tinybot began taking their first orders in 2021. Their impressive growth was fueled by a handful of effective core marketing channels including organic search and a strong and engaged social presence.

The opportunity

Tinybot Vinyl's two year run had been thoroughly impressive and the team was ready to pour gas on the fire. They began looking for a trusted digital advertising partner and were introduced to Capital Advertising’s team.

The solution

The client engaged the team who set to work building and managing a best-in-class digital advertising program from the ground up, focused on Google and Facebook/Instagram ads.

The plan included setting up and optimizing Tinybot's Google Merchant Center, fed from their Shopify Product Feed. We worked with their team to provide best practice direction to help lay the groundwork for all the digital advertising campaigns that would be built. The holistic digital advertising plan included building branded search, competitor conquest and general prospecting search ads as well as Google Shopping ads, prospecting and remarketing display and video ads on YouTube.

For Facebook and Instagram, the plan included building and testing a mix of static image, video and product feed ads (FB Dynamic Ads) against various audiences - facebook interest and behaviors, lookalikes and remarketing.

The plan was to build a multi-channel digital advertising engine, tying in revenue from Shopify and judging success based on ROAS (return on ad spend.)

So that's what we did…

We collaborated with the team to optimize the Shopify product feed, refining product images and descriptions. Synced Shopify with Google Merchant Center and set up a new Google Ads account. Launched targeted Brand, Competitor, and Search text ad campaigns while ensuring Shopify revenue data was integrated with Google Ads for accurate ROAS tracking.

Expanded efforts with Shopping, Display, Remarketing, and YouTube ad campaigns. Connected Facebook Ads to Shopify, creating and launching static image, product feed, and video ads targeting diverse audiences, including lookalikes and remarketing segments.
