Our Strategy

To achieve Sauce Labs' goals, we employed a tailored digital advertising strategy across multiple channels, including:

Multi-Channel Campaigns: Leveraged Google Ads across Search, YouTube, and Display to reach high-intent users and build brand awareness.

Keyword Optimization: Focused on keywords aligned with Sauce Labs' core offerings, such as "Real Device Cloud" and "Browser Testing," to attract relevant traffic

Seasonal and Thematic Campaigns: Ran specific campaigns based on seasonal trends and user needs, like the "Accessibility Testing" and "Visual Testing" themes.

Continuous Data-Driven Adjustments: We optimized campaigns regularly based on performance data, enabling us to refine our targeting and improve cost-efficiency.

Messaging Theme Testing: Ran a month’s long messaging theme A/B/C test to see what of the client’s three primary messages resonated best with prospects, in terms of initial engagement as well as low funnel performance.

1. Significant Increase in Lead Volume

Over the course of our engagement, we achieved consistent growth in MQLs.

2. Reduction in Cost per Lead (CPL)

Through continuous optimizations, we drove down CPL in both regions:

  • NAM Region: CPL dropped from $4500 in March to $280 in October.

  • EMEA Region: CPL decreased from $700 in June to $325 in October.

3. Enhanced Campaign Performance with Targeted Ads

Our targeted campaigns generated high engagement levels:

  • YouTube Ads for EMEA: This channel boosted daily clicks, expanding Sauce Labs’ visibility.

  • Real Device Testing and Mobile Testing Campaigns: These themes resonated with potential clients, driving high engagement and conversion rates.
